Position :Export Incharge

Managing Export Operations: Overseeing the entire export process, including documentation, logistics, customs clearance, and shipment tracking.

Compliance and Regulations: Ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, export laws, and customs requirements. Keeping up-to-date with changes in export policies and implementing necessary adjustments.

Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with international clients, understanding their requirements, addressing inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise during the export process.

Negotiating and Managing Contracts: Collaborating with suppliers, shipping companies, and other stakeholders to negotiate favorable terms and conditions for export contracts. Ensuring adherence to contract terms and managing any changes or disputes that may occur.

Logistics Coordination: Coordinating with freight forwarders, carriers, and warehouses to plan and execute the transportation and storage of export goods. Ensuring timely delivery and efficient handling of shipments.

Quality Control and Documentation: Verifying product quality and compliance with export standards. Preparing and maintaining accurate export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, shipping instructions, and customs declarations.

Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating potential risks associated with export activities, such as legal, financial, or logistical risks. Implementing measures to safeguard the company's interests and minimize potential losses.

Education: Bachelor

Experience :Above then 4 years
