The Role

We're looking for the person who can make a stranger stop mid-scroll and click—every single time.

Your thumbnails are the reason videos win the first impression.

What You'll Do

  • Design bold, high-impact thumbnails that feel impossible to ignore
  • Translate video ideas into visuals packed with emotion, curiosity, and contrast
  • Create multiple strong options per video for testing and final selection
  • Deliver clean, layered, professional source files (PSD or similar)
  • Turn around revisions quickly and accurately
  • Stay deeply immersed in what's currently working across top-performing channels
  • Work directly with the team to nail the single most clickable concept

Who You Are

  • You already have thumbnails live and performing on real YouTube channels (live links required—no exceptions)
  • Your best work is out in the wild right now, not just in a portfolio of mockups
  • Expert-level Photoshop (or equivalent) with strong retouching and compositing skills
  • You instinctively understand visual psychology on YouTube: faces, expressions, color, text placement, tension
  • Reliable, fast, and comfortable with direct feedback
  • Slightly obsessed with studying winning thumbnails (in a healthy way)

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: Rs160, Rs320,000.00 per month
