Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement 3D gameplay mechanics in Unity (C#), including UI, animations, and effects
  • Rapidly prototype new ideas into engaging gameplay experiences
  • Integrate and manage AdMob & Ads Mediation platforms (AppLovin MAX, IronSource, AdMob, etc.)
    with multiple ad networks
  • Work extensively on AdMob integration, ad placements, and monetization optimization
  • Configure MMPs (Appsflyer, Adjust, Singular) for attribution, analytics, and event tracking
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to optimize
    ads performance, A/B testing, and revenue generation
  • Integrate SDKs and services such as Firebase, Facebook, and analytics tools
  • Identify bottlenecks, debug issues, and deliver clean, maintainable code
  • Ship high-quality hyper-casual and casual mobile games

What We're Looking For

  • BS in Computer Science, Game Development, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong Unity 3D skills: scripting, UI/UX, animations, particle systems, and optimization
  • Hands-on experience with AdMob & Ads Mediation Platforms (AppLovin MAX, IronSource, AdMob, etc.) – Must-Have
  • Proven experience with MMP Integration (Appsflyer, Adjust, Singular, etc.)
  • Proficient in C# and OOP
  • Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns
  • Experience in mobile game development (iOS & Android)
  • Experience with Git / version control

  • Prior work on successful or well-known mobile titles
  • Knowledge of ad revenue optimization, waterfall setups, and A/B testing
  • Familiarity with automated testing and crash reporting
  • Awareness of latest gaming trends and monetization strategies
  • Passion for creating addictive and fun games
