Position Overview:

We are seeking a results-oriented Junior Closer with leadership capabilities to join our expanding sales division. This pivotal role combines hands-on closing of high-value deals with the mentorship and management of a dedicated sales team. The ideal candidate is a proven performer who can not only secure major sales deals but also elevate & manage the performance of those around them (team).

Key Responsibilities:

  • High-Value Deal Closure: Personally manage and close complex, high-ticket deals, specifically targeting monthly retainers of $5,000+.
  • Sales Leadership: Lead, manage, and motivate a team of 4-5 B2B sales agents to consistently exceed team quotas and performance targets.
  • Coaching & Development: Conduct weekly training sessions focused on advanced sales techniques, including cold calling strategies, sophisticated objection handling, and closing methodologies.
  • Performance Management: Monitor, analyze, and report on team and individual performance metrics using CRM analytics (HubSpot/Salesforce) to drive continuous improvement.
  • Executive Engagement: Deliver compelling, consultative sales pitches directly to C-level executives and key decision-makers in the UK and US markets.
  • Market Strategy: Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and competitor offerings to refine sales strategies and effectively position our premium services.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in international B2B cold calling, with a strong preference for UK/US markets.
  • At least 1 years of hands-on experience selling digital marketing services (SEO, Google Ads, PPC, Web Development) is essential.
  • Proven experience (6 month to 1 year) in a sales team lead, closer, or similar leadership role with direct responsibility for team performance.
  • Exceptional spoken and written English; a neutral, UK, or US accent is highly preferred for client-facing executive communication.
  • Demonstrated strong leadership, coaching, and performance management skills.
  • High proficiency in using CRM systems (HubSpot or Salesforce is preferred).
  • Must be based in Lahore and available to work on-site.

Shift Options (Monday–Friday):

  • UK Market Hours: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM (PKT)
  • US Market Hours: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (PKT)
