Position: Senior Business Development Executive / Closer – Medical Billing

Location: DHA Phase 6, Lahore

Shift Timing: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM (Night Shift)

Days: Monday to Friday

Role Overview

We're looking for a Senior Business Development Executive / Closer with proven experience in the medical billing industry. The ideal candidate will not only understand how to convert leads into clients but also know the business end-to-end, from billing to collections, not just credentialing.

You'll be responsible for closing clients, building relationships, and leading a small sales team toward monthly revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and close clients for medical billing services across the US.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies focused on RCM and billing clients.
  • Generate and convert organic leads through Google Ads, SEO, and digital channels.
  • Maintain strong relationships with US-based clients, ensuring smooth onboarding and delivery.
  • Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to optimise lead flow and client satisfaction.
  • Train and manage junior BD representatives to achieve team targets.
  • Provide regular reporting on sales performance and market trends.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in the medical billing industry (must include billing and client closing, not only credentialing).
  • Strong understanding of the US healthcare billing market, including payer systems and industry trends.
  • Ability to generate and manage organic leads through Google Ads and digital marketing insights.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a strong closing record.
  • Experience managing a small sales or BD team is preferred.
  • Self-driven, goal-orientated, and adaptable to a startup environment.
