Personal Assistant cum CSR Female

Job Summary:
The Personal Assistant cum CSR will provide comprehensive administrative support to management while ensuring high-quality customer service. She will manage schedules, coordinate communications, handle client inquiries, and maintain a professional image for the company.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and maintain executive schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
* Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
* Provide prompt and courteous responses to customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
* Maintain client records and ensure all customer interactions are logged accurately.
* Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
* Assist in coordinating meetings, events, and company activities.
* Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships.
* Support day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks.
* Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and client information.
Qualifications & Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
* Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in Customer Service.
* Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
* Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Professional appearance and demeanor.
* Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Preferred Attributes:
* Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented.
* Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
* Able to work independently and under pressure.
