Business Development & Procurement Manager

Position Overview

Naturetech Pvt. Ltd., a growing company in sustainable and international trade products, is seeking a Business Development & Procurement Manager to lead its Yellow Pine Wood and Biomass Wood Pellets divisions. The role is ideal for professionals with experience in sales, sourcing, and supply chain management who are eager to drive business growth and manage international procurement operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market presence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities and manage key accounts.
  • Source suppliers globally, negotiate contracts, and manage imports.
  • Oversee supply chain activities to ensure timely delivery and quality control.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in sales and procurement (timber, biomass, or renewable energy sector preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of international trade, sourcing, and contract negotiation.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and business correspondence.
