Position Overview

The HR Executive will support the HR department in day-to-day operations, recruitment, and administrative tasks. The role ensures smooth execution of HR processes, coordination with employees, and compliance with basic HR and administrative policies.

Key Responsibilities

- Recruitment & On-boarding

  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and selection process.
  • Manage employee on-boarding and orientation.

- HR Operations & Administration

  • Maintain and update employee records and HRMIS.
  • Handle attendance, leave management, and timesheets.
  • Assist in payroll coordination with Finance.
  • Support office administration tasks when required.

- Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Act as the first point of contact for basic employee queries.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities.
  • Support grievance handling by escalating to HR Manager when needed.

- Training & Development Support

  • Coordinate logistics for training sessions and workshops.
  • Assist in tracking training attendance and feedback.

- Compliance & Policy Support

  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Support documentation for HR-related audits.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of HR/recruitment/admin experience preferred. Fresh graduates with internships in HR may also apply.

Skills Required:

  • Good understanding of recruitment and HR operations.
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under supervision.

Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Timely execution of recruitment and on boarding processes.
  • Accuracy of employee records and HR data.
  • Employee attendance and leave management efficiency.
  • Support provided in employee engagement activities.
  • Responsiveness to employee queries and coordination.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45, Rs55,000.00 per month
