Position: Senior Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Marketing Manager with a minimum of 5 to 7 years of proven experience in the towel/textile industry. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in client handling, market dynamics, and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Drive brand positioning and awareness in international markets.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis.
  • Manage and oversee marketing promotional activities, and trade show participation.
  • Collaborate with sales and product development teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and distributors.
  • Oversee pre-sales activities, including client engagement, product presentations, and quotation support.
  • Coordinate during-sales processes, ensuring smooth order processing, pricing updates, and timely communication with clients.
  • Manage post-sales activities, including handling client complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining long-term business relations.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics and ROI for marketing and sales activities.
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve departmental KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in marketing within the towel/textile manufacturing industry (mandatory).
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of textile (towel) product lines and global marketing trends.
  • Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and brand development.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms.
