• Develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy across digital, social, PR, events, and performance channels.

• Lead demand generation initiatives using Account-Based Marketing (ABM), SEO, SEM, paid media, email, and partnerships.

• Create compelling, high-quality content (blogs, campaigns, ad copies, organic posts) to strengthen brand positioning.

• Manage the full marketing funnel—from acquisition to nurturing and analytics-driven optimization.

• Analyze KPIs and ROI across campaigns; apply insights to scale growth and improve efficiency.

• Build and manage the marketing technology stack (HubSpot, automation tools, analytics, A/B testing).

• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and leadership to align marketing objectives with business outcomes.

• Oversee internal and external marketing resources—agencies, consultants, and freelancers—ensuring alignment and ROI.

• Stay current on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to position the company as an industry leader.

• Promote a culture of experimentation, innovation, and continuous improvement within the marketing organization.

7+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.

Proven success in B2B marketing, ideally within SaaS, marketplaces, or technology sectors.

Expertise in performance marketing, demand generation, and brand management.

Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills for measuring and optimizing marketing effectiveness.

Excellent storytelling and copywriting abilities across multiple marketing channels.

Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation tools.

Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution.

Demonstrated success managing agencies, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
