Job Overview

We are seeking a self-driven and results-oriented Email & Retention Marketing Specialist (Female Preferred) to join our team onsite in Karachi. You will be responsible for leading our email, SMS, and WhatsApp marketing strategies to improve customer engagement, repeat purchases, and ROI. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who is passionate about performance marketing, storytelling, and eCommerce growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, write, and execute high-converting email, SMS, and WhatsApp campaigns
  • Build and manage automated flows: welcome series, cart abandonment, re-engagement, upsells, winbacks
  • Write engaging, benefit-driven copy tailored to UAE and USA audiences
  • Segment customer lists by behavior, location, and purchase history
  • Design or collaborate on branded, mobile-optimized email templates
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics (open rate, CTR, conversion, ROI)
  • Ensure compliance with international messaging regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, TCPA)
  • Take full ownership of retention marketing initiatives, from concept to delivery

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in email/SMS/WhatsApp marketing
  • Proven track record of delivering ROI through retention campaigns
  • Strong understanding of UAE and USA buyer behavior and seasonal trends
  • Experience with tools like Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Twilio, Interakt, Zoko, etc.
  • Excellent copywriting and campaign storytelling skills
  • Familiarity with Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar eCommerce platforms
  • Highly organized and proactive with the ability to work independently

Nice to have:

  • Background in hospitality, kitchen equipment, or B2B retail
  • Ability to design or modify HTML/CSS-based emails
  • Experience with analytics tools like Glew, Triple Whale, or custom dashboards
  • Tone localization expertise for both UAE and US audiences

Performance Metrics

  • Email/SMS/WhatsApp campaign ROI and conversion rates
  • Growth in customer retention and repeat purchases
  • Improvement in email engagement metrics (open rate, click rate, etc.)
  • Growth and segmentation of subscriber lists
