Email Marketing Specialist (Full-Time, On-Site)

Job Description:

We are looking for an Email Marketing Specialist with at least 1 year of experience to join our agency. You must know how to use Klaviyo and Omnisend, be eager to grow, and be open to using AI tools to improve efficiency. *This job requires 40 hours/per week and it contains a multitude of tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, create, and manage email campaigns using Klaviyo and Omnisend.

Set up and optimize automated email flows to increase engagement and sales.

Analyze email performance and suggest improvements.

Manage tasks like list segmentation, A/B testing, and improving email deliverability.

Use ClickUp to manage projects and track tasks.

Use AI tools to work faster (Training will be provided).

Communicate with clients in English (including video calls with the camera on).

Suggest solutions and ideas instead of waiting for feedback.

Keep communication clear and timely throughout the day.

Handle multiple clients independently without needing micromanagement.

Document the work of the best agencies to learn and grow

Help in content management in terms of Blogs or LinkedIn posts

Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience in email marketing.

Strong knowledge of Klaviyo and Omnisend.

Good English communication skills (spoken and written).

Basic understanding of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT).

Ability to write effective email copy and multiple variations quickly.

Growth-focused mindset and ability to solve problems proactively.

Able to work independently and maintain quality without supervision.

Stable internet connection for smooth client communication.

Able to hop on quick calls with video turned on with clients plus with the internal team

Able to create quick videos to explain things to clients with video turned on

Quick learner who adapts easily.

General Tasks:

Monitor deliverability and improve email performance.

Manage email lists, segmentation, and A/B testing.

Communicate regularly with clients and provide reports.

Day-to-Day Tasks:

Plan weekly tasks in ClickUp every Monday (or another suitable day) to stay organized. Add all tasks that need to be completed for the week.

Create campaign calendars with promotional, educational, and engaging emails.

Get client approval for the campaign calendar.

Add email tasks to ClickUp.

Plan when email copy should be created.

Write email copy that fits the brand's tone and strategy.

Get client approval for email copy.

Ensure designs are completed on time.

Get client approval for designs.

Slice designs from Figma or ask the designer for slices.

Upload emails to Klaviyo, Omnisend, or other ESPs.

Check ClickUp tasks daily.

Review the campaign calendar and schedule upcoming emails.

Talk to clients daily and provide updates.
