- Maintain financial records and perform bank/GL reconciliations.
- Conduct budget vs. actual variance analysis.
- Submit reports to internal/external stakeholders and ensure compliance.
- Enhance reporting processes for efficiency and accuracy.
- Develop monthly financial dashboards.
Requirements:
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification preferred).
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in financial reporting, preferably in a corporate or non-profit sector.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., ERP systems, QuickBooks, SAP) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
