HR Executive: Talent acquisition, onboarding, engagement, HR operations for sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring).
  • Identify and attract top talent through creative sourcing techniques.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and job postings.
  • Support onboarding, training, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Assist in developing HR strategies, policies, and documentation.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Requirements:

  • 0 - 1 year of Experience in the IT Sector HR.
  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in HR, Business Administration, or related field).
  • Passion for recruitment and team-building.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Prior experience in HR or recruitment is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: PKR 40, ,000 + PKR 1,500 commission per confirmed hire

Post-Probation: PKR 5,000 salary increment after 3 months

Working Hours:

  • Female Employees: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Full-Time)
  • Male Employees: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM (Full-Time)

Work Location:

  • Office A-20, Baradari Apartment, Gulshan-e-Iqbal Block 13A, Karachi

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40, Rs50,000.00 per month
