We're scaling rapidly and looking for strategic talent to help amplify our Founder's voice in the market.

The Role: LinkedIn & PR Expert

We're looking for a strategic communicator and brand builder to own our Founder's LinkedIn presence and PR strategy. This isn't a VA role, you'll be the architect of his public persona, translating business insights into compelling narratives that attract clients, talent, and opportunities.

You'll work directly with the Founder from our Lahore office to build his thought leadership in the space, managing everything from daily LinkedIn content to PR opportunities and media placements.

What You'll Own:

LinkedIn Thought Leadership (60%)

  • Develop and execute a strategic LinkedIn content calendar that positions as a go-to voice on marketing
  • Write 1-3 high-quality posts per week in the Founder's voices, mixing insights, stories, and lessons learned
  • Proactively engage with industry leaders, potential clients, and talent (commenting, sharing, building relationships)
  • Monitor trends and conversations to identify opportunities for the Founder to add value
  • Track engagement metrics and refine content strategy based on what resonates

PR & Media Relations (40%)

  • Identify and pitch opportunities for podcasts, interviews, articles, and speaking engagements
  • Draft press releases, and media communications
  • Build relationships with journalists, publication editors, and podcast hosts in the marketing/tech space
  • Research and secure placements in relevant industry publications
  • Monitor brand mentions and prepare monthly coverage reports

What Success Looks Like:

  • Consistent, authentic LinkedIn presence with growing engagement (comments, shares, profile views)
  • 3-4 quality media placements or speaking opportunities per quarter
  • Strong, genuine relationships with 20+ industry voices within first 6 months

You're a Great Fit If You:

  • Have 1-3 years experience in personal branding, PR, or executive communications
  • Can write in different voices, and can adapt tone while keeping authenticity
  • Actually understand business strategy (not just posting for engagement)
  • Have a genuine interest in marketing, agency operations, and startups
  • Are proactive, you see opportunities and take initiative without constant direction
  • Can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • Have strong research skills and stay on top of industry trends

Bonus Points:

  • Experience ghostwriting for founders or executives
  • Understanding of LinkedIn algorithm and best practices
  • Background in PR agency, or content marketing
  • Network in the marketing/agency space
  • Open-minded and eager to learn and grow with the team
