Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and monitor embroidery schedules to meet deadlines and ensure timely, accurate execution with minimal rework.
  • Allocate manpower and machines efficiently and oversee embroidery operations for optimal performance.
  • Ensure embroidery meets design specifications, stitch quality, and color accuracy, conducting inline and final inspections.
  • Resolve embroidery defects and coordinate with design/sampling teams for artwork reviews and approvals.
