Registered with Punjab Charity Commission and the Social Welfare Department of Punjab, the hospital has successfully treated over 4 million people since its inception. Annually, more than 150,000 patients benefit from the hospital's treatment facilities. The trust has grown stronger over its four decades of operation, and it continues to rely on the support of donors and stakeholders. All donations to Ch. Rahmat Ali Memorial Trust are tax-exempt under section 2(36) of the income tax ordinance 2001.

Role Description

This is a contract role for a Site Supervisor, based in Lahore. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily site operations, ensuring safety protocols are followed, managing staff, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. The role requires on-site presence to manage and supervise the work effectively.

Qualifications

  • Experience in site management and supervision, particularly in healthcare or related fields
  • Strong knowledge of safety protocols and regulations
  • Proficient in coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and staff
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Lahore
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred
  • Relevant certifications in site supervision or safety management are a plus
