We are seeking a Site Supervisor with a Diploma of Associate Engineer (DAE) in Civil Engineering to join our team. As a Site Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the construction process of a 1 kanal house, ensuring that all grey and finishing work is completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of grey and finishing work on the construction site, ensuring that the project is on schedule and meets quality standards.
  • Coordinate with the contractors, and subcontractors to ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Maintain a keen eye for detail to ensure that all work is done to specified quality standards.
  • Enforce safety protocols and ensure that the construction site is a safe working environment for all personnel.
  • Monitor and manage the usage of construction materials, ensuring that supplies are adequate and used efficiently.
  • Prepare daily or weekly progress reports to keep the management and clients informed about project developments.
  • Identify and address any issues, challenges, or discrepancies that may arise during the construction process.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma of Associate Engineer (DAE) in Civil Engineering.
  • Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or a similar role in the construction of luxury houses.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety protocols.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
