Do you have a strong grip on FMCG sales flows and a knack for turning data into insights? We're looking for a Sales Operations Executive to support our Head of Sales in driving productivity and ensuring product availability across regions.

Key Responsibilities


• Monitor regional sales performance and generate insightful reports.


• Track order booker productivity (coverage, strike rate, value per call).


• Analyse secondary sales data using Salesflo and other reporting tools.


• Highlight stock gaps and product availability issues by region/SKU.


• Support Head of Sales in sales planning, forecasting, and decision-making.


• Ensure data-driven visibility into sales operations to improve efficiency.

Requirements


• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.


• 2–5 years' experience in FMCG sales operations, trade marketing, or distribution management.


• Hands-on experience with Salesflo (mandatory).


• Strong command of MS Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, reporting dashboards).


• Familiarity with Power BI, ERP, or CRM systems is a plus.


• Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication and reporting skills.
