No Name is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Sales Operations & CRM Administrator
to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining the backbone of our commercial systems and ensuring our sales and leadership teams have reliable, actionable data to drive growth.
Responsibilities
- CRM Ownership:
Design and maintain pipelines, fields, layouts, and role-based access for multiple brands. - Integrations:
Manage email, calendar, web forms, analytics, and compliant messaging tools. - Data Stewardship:
Ensure clean, accurate, and reliable data through imports, deduplication, validation, and backups. - Deliverability & Compliance:
Oversee domain/IP warm-up, throttling, opt-out handling, and consent logging. - Automation & Playbooks:
Build sequences, routing rules, task queues, and alerts to streamline sales execution. - Reporting & Dashboards:
Deliver weekly dashboards, monthly summaries, and pipeline hygiene reviews for leadership. - Enablement:
Create runbooks, user training, and clear pipeline definitions to enable the sales team.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in
CRM administration, sales operations, or a related role
. - Strong understanding of CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Experience managing integrations, workflows, and automation tools.
- Analytical mindset with a passion for data accuracy and reporting.
- Excellent communication and training skills to support cross-functional teams.
