Role Purpose:

The Social Media Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually compelling designs for various social media platforms. The role ensures brand consistency, engages the target audience, and supports marketing campaigns through high-quality creative assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design graphics, illustrations, and layouts for social media posts, stories, reels, and advertisements.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to understand creative requirements and campaign objectives.
  • Develop visual content that aligns with brand identity and enhances audience engagement.
  • Adapt designs according to different platform requirements (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Maintain a strong understanding of current social media trends, design aesthetics, and competitor visuals.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within deadlines.
  • Ensure accuracy, quality, and creativity in all design deliverables.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in digital or social media.
  • Proficiency in design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Canva, etc.).
  • Strong creativity, visual sense, and attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of social media marketing principles.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
