Job Description:

·      Able to manage projects and communicate with both local and international clients.

·      Serve as clients' main point of contact, learn about their business needs, and provide knowledgeable advice on how to integrate retail or insurance software solutions to meet those objectives.

·      Comply with the project plan, due dates, tasks, and milestones.

·      Contribute to problem-solving throughout the development and post-implementation stages.

·      Proficiency in User Training, CR/FS Management, UAT, and Release Strategy

·      Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Qualification:

Bachelor's Degree in ERP/Business Administration with a Supply Chain major.

Experience:

Up to 2 years in the Retail Industry is preferred
