About Us

We are a growing organization seeking a skilled ERP Implementation Consultant to lead and support our ERP deployment journey. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ERP implementation, business process analysis, system configuration, and training end-users to ensure successful adoption.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects (requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, go-live, support).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business processes and recommend ERP solutions for efficiency and scalability.
  • Configure ERP modules according to client or internal business needs.
  • Develop training materials and conduct workshops for end-users.
  • Ensure data migration accuracy and integrity during implementation.
  • Provide ongoing post-implementation support and optimization.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (finance, HR, supply chain, operations, etc.).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Proven experience in ERP implementation (e.g., ERPNext, SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of business processes (finance, supply chain, HR, operations, etc.).
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with data migration, customization, and reporting tools is a plus.

Preferred Skills

  • ERP certification (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or ERPNext).
  • Knowledge of SQL, Python, or other scripting languages for ERP customization.
  • Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) are an advantage.
