We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to help us grow by identifying and securing freelance projects on platforms like Upwork and Fiverr. Success in this role involves creating persuasive proposals, building trust with clients, and managing seamless project workflows. This role is central to our mission of driving innovation and delivering exceptional results through freelance opportunities.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue relevant freelance projects on platforms like Upwork and Fiverr.

Marketing on Linkdin, Facebook aswell.

Craft tailored, compelling proposals that effectively address client needs.

Manage client communication professionally, answering queries and fostering trust.

Follow up on leads to negotiate terms and ensure successful project onboarding.

Organize and oversee project workflows using tools like Trello to meet deadlines and achieve success.

Qualifications

Experience: 2+ years of proven success in freelance and marketing bidding on platforms like Upwork and Fiverr.

Skills:

Exceptional written communication for persuasive and personalized proposals.

Strong research and analytical abilities to align client needs with company offerings.

Self-motivation and organizational skills to manage multiple client interactions seamlessly.

Familiarity with project management tools like Trello is a plus.
