Job Description:
Position Overview:
As a Sales Executive, you will be pivotal in driving ABM's growth and success. Your role involves identifying new business opportunities, fostering strategic partnerships, and nurturing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Utilize various channels (cold calling, networking events, social media) to identify and qualify leads.
Maintain accurate records in CRM software.Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.Sales Strategy and Execution:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to customize solutions for clients.Proposal Development and Negotiation:
Prepare compelling proposals and presentations.
Negotiate terms and contracts with clients.Market Research and Analysis:
Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscapes.
Analyze sales data to track progress.Team Collaboration and Support:
Coordinate sales efforts with cross-functional teams.
Provide mentorship to junior team members.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven success in business development, sales, or account management.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must have own conveyance.
