  • Oversee the design of electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, grounding, and motor control systems.
  • Develop instrumentation and control systems, including Distributed Control Systems (DCS), Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems.
  • Prepare and review technical documents such as single-line diagrams, control schematics, instrument loop diagrams, and cable schedules.
  • Ensure designs comply with international standards (e.g., IEC, IEEE, ISA, NEC, API) and client specifications.
  • Prepare detailed work plans, method statements, and risk assessments (JSA L1, L2, FRA).
  • Review and approve engineering deliverables: P&IDs, loop diagrams, and data sheets.
  • Drive technical innovation and ensure design integrity throughout project life cycles.

Software Expertise (Must-Have)

  • SmartPlant Instrumentation (SPI/INtools) – Expert level
  • AutoCAD 2D/3D – Advanced proficiency
  • ETAP – Power system analysis
  • PLC Programming (Allen Bradley, Siemens) – Intermediate to Advanced
  • Primavera P6 / MS Project – Project scheduling and control
  • MS Office Suite – Excel, Word, PowerPoint
