We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Manager to manage our online presence and engage our audience effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging social media posts across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Write creative and compelling content that reflects the brand's tone and voice.
  • Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and queries promptly.
  • Monitor trends, competitors, and industry insights to improve content strategies.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop campaigns and promotional content.
  • Prepare basic performance reports on engagement and growth metrics.
  • Maintain a consistent brand image and tone across all platforms.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 0–1 years of experience in managing social media accounts for brands or businesses.
  • Strong content writing skills in English with attention to grammar and tone.
  • Creativity and a good understanding of social media trends.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle queries and comments in a professional and timely manner.
