Key Responsibilities

Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns (Income Tax, Sales Tax, Withholding Tax, etc.)

Ensure timely tax payments and accurate documentation.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and amendments.

Conduct internal tax audits and prepare necessary reports.

Liaise with tax authorities and assist during external audits.

Maintain tax records and support financial reporting processes.

Identify opportunities for tax optimization and risk reduction.

Assist in preparing responses to notices issued by tax authorities.

Collaborate with internal departments for tax-related data and compliance.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.

Minimum 1–3 years experience in taxation or finance.

Strong understanding of tax laws and compliance procedures.

Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, ERP).

Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
