We are looking for an
Tax Officer
– Tax to join our Finance team. The role involves managing tax compliance, planning, reporting, and ensuring adherence to local tax laws and regulations while supporting the organization's financial strategy

Experience:
Minimum 2–3 Years in Taxation (Corporate or Audit Firm Preferred)


Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review
Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Withholding Tax
returns.

Ensure full compliance with
tax laws, rules, and statutory requirements
.

Maintain accurate tax records and documentation for audits.

Assist in
tax planning and advisory
to minimize risks and optimize costs.

Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies during audits/assessments.

Monitor changes in
tax regulations
and update management accordingly.

Ensure correct deduction, deposit, and reporting of
withholding taxes
.

Support finance team in
reconciliation of tax balances
.

Handle queries, notices, and assessments from
tax authorities
.

Prepare monthly/annual tax reports and presentations for management.


Requirements:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in
Accounting & Finance, or related field
.

Professional certification such as
CA Inter, ACCA, ICMA
(preferred).

3–5 years of hands-on experience in
taxation
(corporate or audit firm).

Strong knowledge of
Income Tax, Sales Tax & Withholding Tax laws
.

Proficiency in
MS Excel & ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
