About the Role

We AM Distributors - a company with countrywide presence as sutures supplier and brand leader in surgical site infection segment, are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Product Sales Officer (PSO) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our product line to public & private hospital/ institutions, surgeons and Pharmacy chains in the Rawalpindi/Islamabad region covering the Army institutions.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and target potential clients through field visits, calls, and strong follow up .

Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.

Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to key decision-makers.

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Prepare working plans and sales reports.

Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitors, and customer feedback.

Ensure timely collection of payments and proper documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, or Life Sciences).

Confident & Presentable able to communicate effectively with Surgeons, Purchasing managers and Army officers.

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in surgical sutures, hospital supplies and medical sales.

Self-motivated and target-driven.

Must have own motorcycle/car and valid driving license.

Tech savvy, able to use CRM effectively Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
