Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Karāchi for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for driving sales, managing relationships with customers, and delivering excellent customer service. Daily tasks will include developing sales strategies, supporting training sessions for clients and staff, and managing sales operations to meet company objectives. Collaboration with the marketing team to align sales initiatives with marketing goals is also an essential aspect of the role.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service, with the ability to manage client relationships effectively
  • Proven ability in Sales and Sales Management to meet targets and drive business growth
  • Experience in conducting Training sessions and supporting team development
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a focus on achieving results
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in the cosmetics or beauty industry is an advantage
  • Proficiency in using sales and CRM tools
