RS CONSULTANT is seeking a professional and well-organized Receptionist to manage front-desk operations and provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to multitask in a busy office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in a polite and professional manner
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls
- Manage appointment schedules and coordinate meeting arrangements
- Maintain the reception area's cleanliness and organization
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail and correspondence
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to office departments
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable and professional appearance
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
