We are looking for a well-presented, professional, and organized
Receptionist
to be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. The role requires excellent communication skills, a welcoming attitude, and the ability to manage front-desk operations efficiently during
evening and late working hours
. This is a
mid-senior level position
, ideal for candidates with solid front-desk and administrative experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services.
- Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and visitor logs.
- Provide administrative support to various departments when required.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and assist in procurement tasks.
- Ensure compliance with security procedures for visitor entry and access.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in the relevant field and with relevant experience required.
- 3–5+ years of proven experience
as a
Receptionist, Front Desk Officer or in an administrative support role
. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficient in
MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to remain calm and approachable under pressure.
- Must be able to commute independently.
