We are looking for a well-presented, professional, and organized
Receptionist
to be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. The role requires excellent communication skills, a welcoming attitude, and the ability to manage front-desk operations efficiently during
evening and late working hours
. This is a
mid-senior level position
, ideal for candidates with solid front-desk and administrative experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments.
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services.
  • Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and visitor logs.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments when required.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and assist in procurement tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with security procedures for visitor entry and access.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in the relevant field and with relevant experience required.
  • 3–5+ years of proven experience
    as a
    Receptionist, Front Desk Officer or in an administrative support role
    .
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in
    MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
    .
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional appearance and a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to remain calm and approachable under pressure.
  • Must be able to commute independently.
