Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant & Admin to work part-time onsite. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of bookkeeping/accounting software and be able to manage both accounting and administrative responsibilities effectively.
Responsibilities:
Accounts:
- Enter client invoices in ERP
- Record expenses and payments
- Maintain accurate financial records
- Generate simple daily/weekly reports
Admin:
- Manage office files, records, and documentation
- Handle basic correspondence (emails, phone calls, letters)
- Assist with office supply management and vendor coordination
- Support management with scheduling and meeting arrangements
- Perform day-to-day clerical tasks to ensure smooth office operations
Requirements:
- Experience with or other ERP/accounting software (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and invoicing
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational and administrative skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Work Hours:
- 4 to 5 hours per day (Morning or Afternoon, onsite)
