We are looking for a detail-oriented and digitally skilled Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the finance department, managing IT-related services, and overseeing company accounts with accuracy and efficiency. This role requires strong organizational skills, financial knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities


• Assist the Finance Manager in daily accounting and financial operations.


• Manage company accounts, including reconciliations, payments, and record-keeping.


• Oversee IT services, ensuring smooth functioning of digital platforms, software, and systems.


• Prepare financial statements, reports, and maintain accurate documentation.


• Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and regulations.


• Support audits, budgeting, and forecasting activities.


• Implement and utilize digital tools to streamline account and IT management processes.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements


• Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, computer science, information technology or a related field.


• Experience: 1–2 years of experience in accounting, finance assistance, or account management (experience with IT services will be a plus).


• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.


• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and accounting software.


• Digitally literate with the ability to manage IT services and digital platforms.


• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.


• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
