What we're looking for:

To support our mission of delivering high quality AI services to revolutionalize the way American transportation authorities manage and maintain US road infrastructure, we're looking for an outstanding Service Delivery Lead with a solid background of managing large and diverse teams for our product and service line "Transconomy". As the Service Delivery Lead, you will manage, mentor, and drive our service delivery team comprised of a diverse group of young and enthusiastic data analysts and data technicians while collaborating with internal stakeholders.

Requirements What you'll be doing:
  • Interact with stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop project plans and schedules to meet said requirements.
  • Manage service delivery pipeline including project initiation, documentation, quality control, and project delivery.
  • Lead service delivery activities to ensure all client requirements are met. This includes resource management, scheduling, and quality assurance.
  • Develop detailed and contextual documents including pipeline specifications, quality control guidelines, and project reports. Additionally, you will assist in the development of proposals, business plans, requirement specifications, and other similar documents.
  • Liaison with the technology team to provide insights into resource availability and technology requirements for the service pipeline to enable the service delivery team.
  • Develop and implement a structured approach to project management, ensuring that all quality parameters are met while adhering to the budget and schedule constraints.
  • Provide stakeholders with visibility on project status, roadblocks, schedule status, and any other relevant information.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO requirements, and CMMI process guidelines implementation.

What you'll bring along:
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science. US graduates and Master's degree holders will be preferred.
  • 6+ years of experience with a proven track record in service delivery. Experience in project management of AI-based technology solutions will be a distinguishing factor.
  • Ability to devise a structured approach to service delivery management through project coordination, planning, and delivery.
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high quality services.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as , Jira, or Asana.
  • An effective and convincing communication style in both oral and written settings.

A little about us:

Transconomy, a startup supported by iENGINEERING, aims to revolutionize the entire road asset management chain: from collecting roadway/drone imagery to extracting features of interest to providing data maps and decision support systems. We are revamping our end-to-end product and service line to deliver up-to-date and accurate road data to our customers. This data allows road authorities in the US to develop maintenance plans and take measures to make roads safer for everyone. These authorities no longer need to rely on tedious, expensive, and unreliable processes to get their hands around this data. Countermeasures taken by road authorities based on this data not only save lives but also contribute towards our deep passion of making Vision Zero a reality.
