Role Overview:

The HR Executive will be responsible for handling day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, payroll support, and employee engagement activities. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills to ensure smooth HR functioning and employee satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment and selection process (job postings, CV screening, scheduling interviews).
  • Support employee onboarding and exit formalities.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HRIS / files.
  • Prepare and process payroll data and leave records.
  • Assist in employee engagement programs and events.
  • Provide support in performance appraisal activities.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed.
  • Handle employee queries related to HR matters.
  • Support compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
  • Prepare HR reports as required by management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of HR experience (fresh graduates with internships may also apply).
  • Knowledge of HR operations and labor laws is a plus.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
