Job Overview

We are seeking a
Business Development Associate
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for researching, filling out forms, writing proposals and applying for relevant grants, and partnership opportunities that align with our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and submit grant applications, proposals, and required documentation on behalf of the company.
  2. Maintain a database of all funding opportunities, deadlines, and submission statuses.
  3. Collaborate with internal departments to gather necessary information for applications.
  4. Ensure all applications comply with funding criteria and are completed accurately and on time.
  5. Track progress of submitted applications and follow up with granting agencies when required.
  6. Should have hands-on experience in Canva, Excel, Google sheets , Google forms.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum
    BBA (Hons)
    from a recognized institution.
  2. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  3. Proficient in
    Canva
    ,
    MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    ,
    Google Sheets, Google Forms
    .
  4. Familiarity with
    vibe coding tools
    and the
    AI space
    is a plus
  5. Prior experience in
    grant writing, proposal submission, or business development
    (preferred but not mandatory).
