Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving growth by promoting our ERP implementation and consulting services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients through research, networking, and outbound outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Conduct meetings and presentations to showcase company services and solutions.
  • Develop proposals and negotiate contracts to close deals.
  • Collaborate with the technical and project teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market demands.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (1–3 years) in sales, business development, or client management (preferably in IT or ERP solutions).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to understand and explain technical solutions.
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
