Structural Design Engineer
to join our team and contribute to the design and development of innovative, safe, and sustainable structures.

Role Overview:

As a
Structural Design Engineer
, you will be responsible for creating and analyzing structural designs, ensuring compliance with international standards, and providing technical expertise throughout project lifecycles. This role involves close collaboration with architects, project managers, and construction teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop structural designs and detailed engineering drawings.
  • Perform structural analysis and calculations using tools like ETABS, SAFE, STAAD Pro, or SAP2000.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant codes (ACI, AISC, BS, Eurocodes, etc.).
  • Review architectural and multidisciplinary drawings for design coordination.
  • Prepare technical reports, BOQs, and design documentation.
  • Provide on-site technical support during construction and resolve structural issues.
  • Recommend cost-effective and innovative design solutions.
  • Stay updated with latest design practices, materials, and technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (Master's preferred).
  • 2–7 years of professional experience in structural design.
  • Proficiency in structural design software (ETABS, SAFE, STAAD Pro, SAP2000, AutoCAD, Revit).
  • Strong knowledge of international structural codes and standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Professional certification/registration is an advantage.
