About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven SEO Executive to join our growing digital marketing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, with a deep understanding of search engine algorithms and optimization strategies that drive real results.

You will be responsible for analyzing, reviewing, and implementing changes to websites to optimize them for search engines and improve visibility across target keywords.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct keyword research using tools like Google Keyword Planner, Ahrefs, and SEMrush to identify growth opportunities.
  • Perform comprehensive site audits using Screaming Frog and recommend technical fixes.
  • Manage on-page SEO (meta tags, headings, internal linking, schema markup, URL optimization, etc.).
  • Develop and execute off-page SEO strategies, including link building, outreach, and content promotion.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance in Google Search Console and Google Analytics to identify and address issues.
  • Set up and manage Google Tag Manager (GTM) for event tracking and data accuracy.
  • Collaborate with the content team to ensure SEO best practices are applied to content creation and publishing.
  • Track, report, and analyze SEO performance metrics to measure success and ROI.
  • Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on SEO experience (agency or in-house).
  • Proficient in Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, GTM, and Google Keyword Planner.
  • Solid understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
  • Experience with website CMS platforms (WordPress preferred).
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript (a plus).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) setup and reporting.
  • Familiarity with local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization.
  • Basic understanding of content marketing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

Job Type: Full-time

Base Pay: Rs20, Rs30,000.00 per month
