We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to support and enhance our online presence. The ideal candidate should have a passion for digital media.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Execute and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including paid search, social media ads, email marketing, and display advertising

·      Ensure seamless integration of digital campaigns with broader marketing plans.

·      Utilize data analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other tools to optimize campaigns and improve donor engagement and conversion rates

·      Plan and execute A/B tests to evaluate different ad creatives, targeting strategies, landing pages, and other campaign elements to identify top-performing variations

·      Assist in market research, competitor analysis, and content strategy development to enhance campaign performance, visibility, and overall asset effectiveness

·      Regularly generate and present reports on campaign performance and digital marketing initiatives to the team

·      Coordinate with the design and content teams to ensure timely delivery of creatives

·      Assist in creating content calendars and scheduling content for social media platforms

·      Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages, and report key insights

·      Track platform performance and support the preparation of weekly and monthly reports

·      Stay updated with social media trends and recommend new content ideas

Requirements
:

·      Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communication, or a related field

·      Good understanding of major digital media platforms

·      Familiarity with WordPress

·      Understanding of AI tools

·      Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
