We are seeking an experienced Google Ad Manager (GAM) & Digital Monetization Specialist to manage and optimize our digital ad operations across web and social platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with publisher-side ad serving, monetization tools, and analytics platforms in a media or news organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, monitor, and optimize ad inventory, line items, and campaigns within Google Ad Manager (GAM).
  • Handle Google AdSense revenue optimization and policy compliance.
  • Oversee monetization activities on Facebook Content Monetization (FCM) and YouTube Creator Studio.
  • Track and analyze website performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
  • Work closely with editorial and technical teams to ensure correct ad tagging, placement, and CMS integration.
  • Generate reports on performance, revenue, and fill rates, providing insights for revenue growth.
  • Ensure all digital properties comply with Google, Meta, and YouTube monetization policies.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience managing Google Ad Manager (GAM) in a publisher or media organization.
  • Strong knowledge of Google AdSense, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
  • Familiarity with Facebook Content Monetization, YouTube Creator Studio, and related tools.
  • Working experience with a Content Management System (CMS) (such as WordPress or custom platforms).
  • Solid understanding of ad trafficking, header bidding, DFP setup, and reporting dashboards.
  • Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Prior experience in a news or digital publishing organization is highly preferred.
