We're looking for a high-performance Meta Ads Specialist who can take full ownership of client campaigns, strategy, build optimization and scaling.

This is not a junior "button pusher" role.

This is for someone who knows how to think, diagnose, and improve performance across multiple accounts while driving profitable growth.

If you're confident in your ability to deliver results and want to be the person in charge of the paid media function, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

Build, launch, and manage Meta campaigns across multiple client accountsDevelop paid media strategies based on client goalsRun audience, creative, and funnel testingOptimise campaigns daily/weekly for ROAS, CPL, CAC & lead qualityManage tracking, pixel setup, naming conventions & UTM structuresAnalyse performance data and proactively surface insightsIdentify issues early (creative fatigue, funnel drop-offs, tracking gaps)Collaborate with the content, web, and account management teamPrepare simple monthly reports + Loom breakdowns clients can understand
  

What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)

You:

Own 10-20 client ad accounts confidentlyImprove ROAS, CPL, or lead quality across the majority of accountsDevelop testing frameworks and optimisation rhythmsBring stability and structure to the paid ads departmentBuild predictable performance across accountsCommunicate proactively with account managers

You'll be the go-to paid media expert inside the agency.

Requirements (Must-Have)

3+ years running Meta ads (agency experience preferred)Multi-location or local service business experienceProven ability to achieve ROAS, scale campaigns, and reduce CPLStrong understanding of:Tracking (Pixel & Conversion API)Funnels & attributionCBO/ABO, DCT, retargeting, creative testingConfident analysing data and turning it into clear actionsStrong communication skills, written and verbalAble to manage multiple accounts and deadlinesOwnership mindset, you take responsibility for results

Nice-to-Haves

Experience with TikTok or Pinterest adsLanding page / CRO understandingExperience with Hyros / other tracking toolsExperience using AI tools for creative ideas & testin
