Job Description – Sales Operation & Marketing Officer

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Operation & Marketing Officer. The role is responsible for managing sales operations, sale team coordination and distributor relationships, and supporting marketing activities to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily sales operations including order processing, invoicing, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with distributors, sale team coordination, logistics, and accounts to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain sales data, prepare reports, and analyze performance for management.
  • Support marketing initiatives such as promotions, campaigns, and market development.
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide insights to strengthen sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and distribution partners.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Operations / Marketing (FMCG preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (BBA / MBA preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel for reporting and analysis.
  • Self-driven, problem-solving mindset with ability to work independently and in teams.
