Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Field and Technical Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing technical systems and equipment at client or site locations. You should possess strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills and be capable of delivering efficient technical support in dynamic environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, test, and commission technical equipment and systems at client sites.

Perform routine maintenance and system upgrades.

Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and system issues.

Provide technical support on-site and remotely as required.

Document site visits, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.

Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure high service quality.

Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and client requirements during fieldwork.

Qualifications:
