Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Sargodha. The Branch Manager will oversee daily operations of the branch, ensure customer satisfaction, manage staff, and optimize branch profitability. Responsibilities include implementing bank policies, opening and closing the branch, handling escalated customer issues, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The Branch Manager will also be responsible for driving sales and business development to achieve branch targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to oversee staff and branch operations
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills to ensure customer satisfaction and handle escalated issues
  • Experience in banking operations, including compliance with regulatory requirements and implementation of bank policies
  • Sales and business development skills to drive branch profitability and achieve targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Proven ability to work independently and make sound decisions
  • Knowledge of the banking industry and financial products
  • Proficiency in financial management and reporting
