Responsibilities:

· Monitor & supervise the sales & receivables function for different segments including but not limited to Retail, Key Accounts, and Distribution.

· Monitor & supervise the Payables function.

· Monitor & supervise the Taxation & Treasury functions.

· Implement and oversee Point of Sale (POS) monitoring systems for retail shops.

· Supervise the retail audit function & ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.

· Lead and mentor the Sales & Receivables team, providing guidance and support to ensure team effectiveness and efficiency.

· Lead and mentor the Payable, Treasury, & Taxation teams, providing guidance and support to ensure team effectiveness and efficiency.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Operations, and Marketing to streamline processes and optimize performance.

· Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls related to sales and receivables management.

· Play a key role in the preparation of Monthly & Yearly Financial Statements.

· Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulations and standards.

Assisting the CFO in managing the overall Finance Department.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: ACCA, ICMAP, CA qualified/part qualified or any equivalent accounting qualification.

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of total experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs300, Rs350,000.00 per month
