QHSE Lead

for industrial applications — including Cooling Towers, FRP pipelines, tanks, gratings, and structural systems.

As we continue to expand and handle multiple concurrent projects nationwide, we are looking for an experienced and proactive
QHSE Lead
to oversee all aspects of
Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment
across our ongoing and upcoming EPC projects.

Our goal is to be the premier choice for composite products as well as process equipment, both domestically and internationally.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain QHSE systems, policies, and procedures across the company and project sites.
• Ensure compliance with client specifications, ASME, CTI, ISO, ASTM, and other applicable standards.
• Monitor construction, installation, and manufacturing activities to ensure adherence to QHSE plans and ITPs.
• Conduct regular audits, toolbox talks, safety trainings, and risk assessments for all project teams.
• Investigate incidents and non-conformities, identify root causes, and recommend corrective/preventive actions.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal departments to ensure seamless QHSE communication and documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workplace safety, product quality, and environmental performance.

Qualifications

• Quality Management, Quality Assurance, and ISO 9001:2015 knowledge
• Health and Safety Management, Risk Assessment, and Incident Investigation skills
• Environmental Management and Sustainability practices
• Strong communication, training, and presentation skills
• Ability to analyze data and generate reports
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field
• Relevant certifications in QHSE management (e.g., NEBOSH, ISO Lead Auditor) are a plus
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree
  in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Civil, Industrial, or related discipline).
• Preferably
  5 years of QHSE experience
  in EPC, construction, or industrial manufacturing projects.
• Strong understanding of QA/QC procedures, inspection test plans, risk assessments, and safety protocols.
• Ability to manage multiple project sites and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be
  willing to relocate
  and travel to project sites across Pakistan as required.
