Senior Medical Billing Business Developer

We are looking for a Senior Business Developer to join our team of dynamic people in Lahore. If you're ambitious, strategic, and deeply familiar with the U.S. healthcare market, we'd love to speak.

This position requires native-level English communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the capacity to maintain long-term relations with clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and convert potential clients in the U.S. healthcare sector.
  • Promote our healthcare solutions and services to clinics, hospitals, and healthcare providers.
  • Conduct client meetings, present service proposals, and close sales.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitors to drive strategic business growth.
  • Achieve and exceed defined sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or business development (preferably in healthcare or BPO industry).
  • Native-level English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
